Indonesia published Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 36/2017 on Procedure about Registration and Notification of Hazardous and Toxic Substances (P.36/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/6/2017) on 8 June 2017 with immediate effect. Manufacturer or importer of B3 substances are required to apply registration via online system.
Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 2/2010 was repealed by the new regulation.
