Singapore published Public Utilities (Water Supply)(Amendment) Regulations 2017 on 31 March 2017. A new four-tick rating system has been effective since 1 April. The scheme, introduced in 2009, reflects the water efficiency of water-related products, such as washing machines, taps and urinal flush valves.
